About the Instructor, David Sheehan
I’m an artist who resides in Southwest Ohio with my partner, two great kiddos, two dogs and an aquarium full of frogs, snails, shrimp, and fish.
Before pursuing my art business, I was an award-winning strategist with B2B, B2C, nonprofit, and startup experience. During the day, I’d spearhead brand and customer experience initiatives for some of the world’s largest brands. And in my quiet times, I created.
I left my job to pursue more creative space. I believe everyone is born creative and this idea animates my work.
While I am primarily a painter, I also love woodworking, bookbinding & leather working. Each piece offers me a chance to explore form, texture, and story. And to inspire others to make.
Through Sheehan Creative, I share and sell my creative work: original art for those who value fine craft, creative authenticity, and work made with intention.
